All items are handcrafted and made to order; therefore, we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on items. If you have any issues, please feel free to reach out to us via messaging or firstname.lastname@example.org.
DAMAGES / ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We start working on and processing orders within hours of the orders being placed. If you need to cancel the transaction, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
